Mr. Arsenault appears to be a placeholder candidate for District 6.  He does not have a campaign website, nor has he returned the Citizens for Belknap or Citizens Count questionnaires.   As far as we can tell, he’s made no effort to campaign.

 

As such, we can’t recommend this candidate.
